Good price and reliably tasty and hearty meals (pro tip is to make sure you pay for the extra meat.) They do a great job switching up the menu and keeping it interesting. Highly recommend for those out there who don’t have the interest or time to cook and left to their own devices will eat out which generally means earning things that are bad for you. I pair two of these meals a day (salad for lunch and entree for dinner) with a morning smoothie with protein powder.

Out of the abundance of meal prepping companies out there, I have personally found that they are simply the best. They are able to precisely hit the macros best suited for results while not sacrificing flavor. Eating can honestly be challenging; the reputation, the lack of interest after a while, the bland limited options. But they fortunately have a massive recipe list they choose from to present a unique combination of dishes every week. It is so much easier to meet my nutrition goals with Eat Clean Meal Prep. When I was looking for which company to use for meal delivery I had a list of criteria; local independent company, paleo friendly or at least gluten free and low carb(mostly meat and veggies), no soy beans, not too much sodium, organic and/or grass fed when possible, and hopefully not too expensive. So far this company has checked most of those boxes and I have enjoyed the majority of the dinners I've gotten so far. The menu is varied each week so I haven’t gotten tired of any recipes and they have all tasted pretty good. The only issue I have noticed is even though I asked for no soy it has still accidentally been included in a couple of meals. Their customer service is amazing though, I had an issue with my bank card and Eat Clean Meal Prep still delivered my food for the week and let me pay once my card was working again.
Definitely, the best meal prep company in San Diego. The recipes are so good and rotate. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The portions are exactly what I need. I subscribe to the salads for lunch and regular meals for dinner. The customer service responds very quick and it’s easy to communicate a need to delay your delivery. The subscription is worth every penny.
